Height adjustable
The height of the pulley is easily adjustable in 16 heights so you can train most muscle groups and add variety to your workout. You can adjust it using the red button. You first unscrew this for the clearance.
Full weight block
The Pivot 816 comes with a full 90 kg weight stack, with 4.5kg increments per block. The ratio ratio is 1:2 when both pulleys are used separately. If you connect both pulleys to each other, the ratio becomes 1:1.
Wall mounting
To use the 816 Wall Mounted Pulley, you must first mount it on the wall. At the top and bottom of the device you have the mounting points. The 816 is supplied including mounting materials.
